Asian English Olympics 2014

It may happened a week ago but w are still proud of our achievement. no matter what happened, we are still the winner..

YEP !!!
this might be our first year participating in the competition but we did our best.

10 students from Seri Puteri Science Secondary School were chosen to represent the school in 6 fields such as SPEECH, DEBATE, SHORT-MOVIE MAKING, NEWSCASTING, STORYTELLING and  SCRABBLE.

despite the contestants' first time, they still manage to make the school proud of their achievement and they were able to beat the other participants from the other country with different ages and languages.

here are the results :

1. Speech - TOP 8 & TOP 20
2. STORYTELLING - TOP 8
3. NEWSCASTING - TOP 24 out of 56 contestants 
4. SHORT-MOVIE MAKING - TOP 4

most of the school representatives are able to get through the next round. 

beside their aim of winning the competition, 

the girls from SESERI had made a lot of new friends from different ages, religions, country, colours and sizes. 

whatever it is, they had made a lot of worthful memories that will be kept forever. 

they shared their smiles, tears and laughs together.

they went through the thick and thins together.

they kept supporting and helping each other no matter what happened. 

and that's what it is all about. 

it is not just about winning,

but it's about making friends,

creating memories 

and most importantily, 

STRENGTHENING THE BONDS. 

we might not go to the finals, \

we might not make it,

and we might not win the competitions ....

but ... .

WE DO WIN IN LIVE !!!
